Billie Hartgrove, Ed.S., PLPC is a clinician with Provident- Life Crisis Services in St. Louis, MO, and serves as the Program Lead for the Feeling Kinda Blue website. Hartgrove obtained an Education Specialist in Counseling degree from Southeast Missouri State University and is an active volunteer with various Veteran organizations throughout the community. She has experience working with all age groups and has a demonstrated track record of success in working with diverse populations on an individual basis and/or group setting or through telehealth communication.
Billie offers effective counseling, crisis intervention, community support programs and education to individuals and their families throughout the St. Louis area. She is the Program Lead for Feeling Kinda Blue which is a social media website for adults that is monitored by trained clinicians 24/7. The website is intended to be an open forum for discussion about all topics related to mental health, including depression and suicidal ideations. It is a place where members can connect with each other and with help.
